Kambanite will be a Business Centre of new generation, bringing together all the facilities that a
business might need: reception, large conference hall, flexible open-space offices, restaurant and café,
underground car parking etc., all connected by the most modern elevators and pleasing environment,

Financial parameters:
The sale price for each option will be calculated according to the permitted built up area for each
project as follow:

putting it under regulation, which equals to EU 5, 400, 000 or total EU 21, 633, 500, plus
Bridge financing obligation amounting to about EU 500, 000
